*Large weddings-rental cost of small u-haul will be the responsibility of the wedding couple.  I try to avoid this when possible. 

 

Does the thought of planning a wedding seem overwhelming?  Where do we want to get married? Do we have a theme? How do we even begin to stay within budget?

This is my specialty!  Let me help you design your perfect day within your budget.  Beautiful and perfect do not have to break the bank. I will assist you in creating a wedding that is different than anyone else--let's add elements that are special and meaningful for you!  I want you and your guests to feel this day was amazing from beginning to end. 

Month  of ceremony coordination  $900

*Execution of your design

*Coordination of vendors day of ceremony

*2-3 consultations

*Unlimited no cost phone/text/email

*Direction of rehearsal if needed

This option is perfect for the couple that has all the big details chosen and is ready to relax and let me tie up any loose ends and bring it all together! 



 

Day of Coordination  $500

*Coordination of vendors day of ceremony

*Direction of Rehearsal evening prior

*Assistance in developing an itinerary for your wedding day

*2-3 No cost consultations

 

This option is for the couple that has everything planned down to the smallest detail.  I am there to make sure everything you planned is done the way you envisioned.  


 

Set up/tear down of ceremony and reception spaces

*$35 per hour per team member

   Number of team members determined by the size of reception.  This amount will 

   Be determined and noted in contract prior to ceremony. 

 

We will transform your venue and reception for you!  Your job is to relax and enjoy your special day. No need to recruit family or friends to make your vision a reality-we are there to do it all!


 

In the event of inclement weather -- if the ceremony must be moved from outdoors to indoors, or alternate space-- an additional $300 will be charged to move the ceremony items.  RK Event Coordination and Design will do our best to make lemonade with any lemons we are given on the day of your event!
